CONSTRUCTION

Jacket:

• High-tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven in twill weave (much more resistant to abrasion than plain weave)
• 2-ply warp threads, lightweight, tough and flexible

Lining:

• High-grade EPDM rubber, flexible at low temperatures, suitable also for hot water, wall thickness 0.8 mm
• Excellent resistance to seawater, chemicals, UV radiation and ozone (much better than e.g. SBR)
• Co-extruded adhesive layer (0.2 mm wall thickness), penetrates during vulcanisation almost completely into the weaving structure
• This type of rubber guarantees a very smooth lining with low friction loss and excellent adhesion between the rubber and jacket

Outer coating:

• Highly abrasion-resistant synthetic coating for better resistance against heat, oil and chemicals
• Extra mechanical protection against jacket damage

 

PRESSURES

Working pressure:
Specifications apply only to the hose (medium water, 20°C). The potential working pressure may be lower than specified above for hose lines with couplings due to the nominal pressure of the couplings or the type of assembly.

Maximum working pressure:
Approval can only be given by the manufacturer upon clarification of the exact area of application.

СОСТАВ МАТЕРИАЛА

Ткань:

• высокопрочная нить полиэстера, круглотканная в саржевом переплетении (значительно износоустойчив по сравнению с полотняным плетением)
• цепь переплетена 2 раза, легкая, прочная и эластичная
• Внутренний герметизирующий слой:


• высококачественный каучук EPDM, гибкость при низких температурах, подходит также и для горячей воды, толщина стенки 0,8 мм
• превосходная устойчивость к морской воде, химикатам, ультрафиолетовому излучению, озону (значительно лучше, чем напр. в SBR)
• соэкструзивный слизистый слой (толщина стенки 0,2 мм), во время вулканизации почти полностью проникает в структуру ткани
• данный вид прорезинивания гарантирует очень гладкий внутренний герметизирующий слой с незначительной потерей от трения и отличное сцепление между резиной и тканью
• Наружное покрытие:


• очень износоустойчивое синтетическое покрытие для повышенной устойчивости к высоким температурам, маслу и химикатам
• дополнительная механическая защита против повреждений ткани

 

ДАВЛЕНИЕ

Рабочее давление:
Данные действительны только для рукава (вещество вода, 20°C). В трубопроводах из рукавов со сцеплением возможное рабочее давление может быть ниже, чем указано из-за номинального давления сцепления или способа сборки. Для сжатого воздуха максимальное рабочее давление составляет 25% от разрывного давления.

Максимальное рабочее давление:
Одобрение этого значения может последовать только от производителя после выяснения точной области применения.
